Programs
If you are low-income, elderly, or with a disability, the Housing Choice Voucher program can help you pay for private-market housing.
Do you work in Agriculture or a Cannery? Are you retired or disabled but used to work in Agriculture or a Cannery? If so, you may qualify for housing and rental assistance.
The RHA manages affordably-priced rental units in Yuba City, open to families and individuals meeting income requirements.
Low to moderate income families can find affordably-priced houses offered by the City of Yuba City and RHA through a Federal program.
