Owner Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program

Program Information

The Owner Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program provides low interest loans to income-eligible homeowners that need to make repairs to their home.  The first priority for this loan is to address any health and safety issues that are present in the home.  Other improvements and repairs are allowed including:  painting, floor covering replacement, new roofs, and energy efficiency upgrades.

Regional Housing Authority operates the Owner Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program for the Counties of Butte, Sutter, Lake and Cities of Colusa, Williams, Marysville, Gridley, Yuba City and Live Oak.  For more information, call (530) 671-0220 ext. 128, or toll free (888) 671-0220 ext. 128.
